Deliver High Impact Training on Microsoft’s Enterprise Project Management Solution

Versatile has developed a role-based, flexible curriculum to support Microsoft’s EPM Solution.  The training specifically addresses:

  • Microsoft Office Project Professional 2007:  Be able to teach users how to plan and manage a project using all the latest features of the most popular project management software.
  • Microsoft Office Project Server 2007:  Teach end-users how to use Project Web Access (PWA) to fulfill the roles of project executives, resource managers, team members and project managers.

Attend a train-the-trainer workshop.  You’ll learn:

You’ll be licensed to present our Project Professional 2007 and Project Server 2007 courseware.  Strong courseware makes training easier. This courseware features:

  • Project Server 2007 manual is broken into ten modules that allow you to customize the presentation depending on the role of your audience (for example, project manager or project team member).
  • Both Project Professional and Project Server/PWA training contain the kinds of screen shots, step-by-step instructions, and feature descriptions that make the course easy to follow in class and a valuable reference after class.
  • Versatile Power Tips are insights that come from years of experience using this software.
  • Project Professional 2007 student manual is over 200 pages.
  • Project Server 2007 student manual is over 250 pages.

The Licensing Program

  • An organization is licensed on an annual basis to participate in this program.  Initial licenses are valid through the end of 2007.
  • Individual instructors are certified through attending and successfully passing Train-the-Trainer classes.
  • To be accepted into the certification process, candidate instructors must submit a resume that demonstrates project management knowledge, facility with Microsoft Project Standard or Professional, and a minimum of 160 instructor hours within the past year.
